SHIPPING + RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard orders are shipped within 5 business days (excluding domestic and international holidays). Business days begin 24 hours after the order has been placed (see processing time policy). 

​

Customized orders (wigs, color services, and frontal/closure customization) are shipped within 7-14 business days depending on demand. Holley Collection reserves the right to inform the customer of delays lasting up to an additional 5 business days (19 business days total). If delays occur customers will be contacted via email provided during checkout. 

​

International shipping is unavailable at this time. 

 

Orders will only be shipped to the address provided during checkout. Please be sure to double-check the shipping address before completing a purchase.

 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email once the order has been prepared. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and must be signed for.

Holley Collection, LLC is not responsible for orders once they have been shipped. (i.e carrier delays, etc). If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address customer is responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

"Business days" are Monday through Friday. Holidays are not included in business days.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking extra time, and allowing extra time, for production as needed. The current turnaround time to ship orders is 7-10 business days. If any unforeseen delays arise due to USPS limitations or governmental directives we will contact customers immediately.

RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales are FINAL! Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns/exchanges.

 

If you receive your order and it does not match the description please contact us via email at info@holleycollection.com and we will do everything we can to swiftly rectify the issue. If an item must be replaced due to our error customer must pay to send the item back via USPS Priority mail and the customer will be refunded the cost of shipping upon receipt of the item. If we honor a return request due to a production or quality issue the item must be returned unaltered and unworn.
